last class was informative one, may be two reasons:
1. we(students) come prepared and secondly sir’s interaction.
thanks for your comments on the presentation. i captured this idea from wali that whatever you want to do try to make a diagram and flow chart and the rest…… i did the same.
last but not least i think that we would be able to reject the idea of performance appraisal but may be the name would be changed
11 slides….. Yes it is but I hope paper goes well. I have come up with three words by searching and learning that makes a difference b/w success or failure of our performance appraisal process.
1. Create .. align the organization goals and objectives with the employee’s objectives.
2. Grow .. providing the opportunity for employees to increase their skill sets.
3. Integrate .. Influencing the P.A. process as part of a holistic and comprehensive human capital management strategy.

this is my submission that guest lectures were very informative but it is requesyed to enhance their timing from 8:30 to 9:30 bcz half an hour is very limited time,so if it is possible we start lecture at 8:30
we lear a lot about coacking and mentoring, mentoring is beteer or coaching and now i had clear difference between two.as he highlighted that A3. that was totally new for me.its really wonderful experience.

GUEST LECTURE of ms shifa was very impressive she has highlighted quite new concepts like PDP,soft side of leaderships,how to develop skill based performance, what are the characteristics of internal development prog,manager shoulb be professional while doing PA,how u encourage lazy employee,if promotion sort this problem,how you apply IPM Individual Performance Measures, the art of feed back in good or bad mood , how managers accept criticm, how you react.

2. fOCUS ON IPM
3. Hold Annual Review Meeting

Assalam O Alikum students!
